Helping homeowners, contractors, investors, and businesses navigate permit applications, code compliance issues, municipal requirements, and business licensing throughout Miami-Dade County.
Permit paperwork can be confusing, especially when you’re dealing with an open permit, unpermitted work, or a code violation. Miami-Dade Permit & Municipal Services Group helps homeowners and contractors organize the paperwork, understand the next steps, and move their applications forward.
Whether you’re planning a project, addressing an existing property issue, or preparing to sell your home, we provide administrative support and permit coordination tailored to your needs.
New Permit Applications
Get help preparing and submitting application paperwork, organizing supporting documents, and following up on application status.
Open & Expired Permits
An unresolved permit can complicate a renovation or property sale. We help identify outstanding administrative steps and coordinate the paperwork needed to move toward closure.
Work Completed Without Permits
If improvements were made without the required permits, we help coordinate the after-the-fact application process. Requirements depend on the work involved and the County’s review.
Code Violations
Receiving a violation notice can feel overwhelming. We help organize case information, clarify administrative next steps, and coordinate permit-related submissions when required.
Support for Contractors
Spend more time managing your projects while we assist with application paperwork, document submissions, status checks, and communication throughout the permitting process.
Send us your property address and a brief description of what you need. If you have a permit number, violation notice, or related documents, include those so we can better understand your request. We’ll confirm the property’s jurisdiction, review the scope of assistance, and provide a quote before work begins.
We currently serve properties in unincorporated Miami-Dade County, generally identified by a property folio beginning with 30. A Miami mailing address does not always mean a property falls within unincorporated Miami-Dade, so we verify jurisdiction before accepting a project. We do provide services for some municipalities with an additional fee.
Tell us about your permit or property issue. Contact MDPMS Group to find out how we can help with your next steps.
MDPMS Group is an independent business and is not affiliated with Miami-Dade County. Permit approvals, inspections, and processing times are determined by the reviewing agencies. Licensed contractors or design professionals may be required depending on the project.
